Nestled on 24.6 private, gated acres overlooking the Mississippi Delta, our property features a 3,100 sq. ft. venue crafted from historic reclaimed materials, a cozy three-bedroom guest house, and breathtaking sunset views.

Full Weekend Access

Unlike traditional venues that offer only single-day rentals, we provide exclusive access to our entire property from Friday at noon through Sunday morning at 10 AM for weekend events. Allowing you to set up, celebrate, and clean up at your own pace without feeling rushed and stay on-site in a fully furnished home, perfect for party prep or overnight stays.  

Flexible Vendor Options

We allow you to choose your own vendors to fit your vision and budget.

If the schedule allows, we can grant early and extended access to you and your vendors.
